Total Capital Partners announces the sale of Meter Provida

Total Capital Partners is pleased to announce the sale of Meter Provida Ltd (“MPL”).  We congratulate Managing Director Paul Corrigan, who joined the business over a year ago, as he leads the business on its next phase of growth.  Funding for the acquisition has been provided by Boost&Co a leading provider of finance to the SME sector in the UK. 

MPL is an independent multi-utility metering specialist,  supplying smart, gas and electric metering products, services  and logistics solutions.  In recent years, the business has invested significantly to develop a high value-added reverse logistics operation, supported by a bespoke software system.
