A funding need typically between £10m and £30m

Established and proven management team with a deep knowledge of their business and a clear strategy for the future

Profitable, high growth companies or stable businesses with strong cash generation

All sectors considered except property, start-ups or early-stage businesses

Identifiable niche or defensible market position within its area of operation

We will consider both minority and majority equity stakes.
